Just getting this one in under the wire at 8:54am. Tuesday is Combo day! This is when we put all the exercises we've done so far in the week into one workout. The video is around15 minutes in length and you'll need a band and a ball. Have fun!
Day 12 - Combo It's Monday so that must mean arm day! For today you will need a resistance band. If you don't have one, heavy weights will do.

Day 9 - Legs Day 10 - Plyo Happy Friday! We're back to the start of the cycle so that means it's core day! Today you'll need a ball, a mat and one heavy weight. Have fun!
Day 8 - Core It's hump day so that also means it's time for our 30 minute workout! We start with 2 DanceSTRONG songs and then move into Tabata and even throw in a little stretch at the end. You'll need weights and a mat today. Enjoy because tomorrow you get to rest!!!
Day 6 - Dirty 30 Please comment once you've finished to let us know how much you loved it ;) Welcome to Day 5! Today we'll be doing a little bit of everything we did in the previous 4 videos. This one is a little longer, 17 minutes in length, and you will need weights and a mat.
Day 5 - Combo Happy Monday and welcome to Day 4 of the Challenge! We know the last two days were hard on the legs so we're moving onto upper body! Grab a set of medium-heavy weights and you're ready to go! I used 8lb weights in this video and was definitely feeling it by the end. Be sure to post your comments below.
Day 4 - Arms Hope you're all not too sore from yesterday's leg video because we don't really give them a break today! This video has 3 sets of exercises with a 1-minute break between sets. Grab some water because you might need it! Enjoy!
Day 3 - Plyo OK ladies and gents. Creating this video almost killed me! I didn't realize how long it had been since we'd done squats and lunges. But don't be deterred; press on because it will be so worth it! And it's only 10 minutes. You can do (almost) anything for 10 minutes! I'll be doing this again with you all from the comfort of my hotel room in Lake Louise. You will need one set of heavy weights. I hope you have fun!
