Day 26 - Combo Welcome to day 4. I will apologize in advance for the length of this video. It is a little longer at 15 minutes and will definitely show you how much stronger you've become. It's a repeat of week 1 but we are doing longer reps. Grab your heavy weights and lets get started!

Day 23 - Legs Day 24 - Plyo Welcome to our final week! For today's core video you'll need one heavy weight and a mat. We will not be using the bands or balls for any further videos so if you have borrowed some from us, you are welcome to bring them back anytime.
