Day 13 - Dirty 30 Just getting this one in under the wire at 8:54am. Tuesday is Combo day! This is when we put all the exercises we've done so far in the week into one workout. The video is around15 minutes in length and you'll need a band and a ball. Have fun!
Day 12 - Combo It's Monday so that must mean arm day! For today you will need a resistance band. If you don't have one, heavy weights will do.

Day 9 - Legs Day 10 - Plyo Happy Friday! We're back to the start of the cycle so that means it's core day! Today you'll need a ball, a mat and one heavy weight. Have fun!
Day 8 - Core It's hump day so that also means it's time for our 30 minute workout! We start with 2 DanceSTRONG songs and then move into Tabata and even throw in a little stretch at the end. You'll need weights and a mat today. Enjoy because tomorrow you get to rest!!!
