OK ladies and gents. Creating this video almost killed me! I didn't realize how long it had been since we'd done squats and lunges. But don't be deterred; press on because it will be so worth it! And it's only 10 minutes. You can do (almost) anything for 10 minutes! I'll be doing this again with you all from the comfort of my hotel room in Lake Louise. You will need one set of heavy weights.
