New Challenge Starting on Friday, January 13th!
We are excited to announce a new 4-week challenge. This will run from January 13th through February 10th and be supported by videos you can do at home. The videos will range in length from 10 to 30 minutes, with one rest day included each week. The exercises included in the Monday and Friday videos will also be done during our in-person classes so please join us if you can!
Most videos will require you to have at least one set of hand weights (minimum 5 lbs), a resistance band and a pilates ball. If you don't have either of the last two items, more information on options will be provided to registered participants.
Cost of the 4-week program is $50 and you may register by visiting the Fees/Payment page or by sending an e-transfer to fitforchange@shaw.ca. Please contact us if you'd like more information prior to registering.

- Saturdays: We have added a Saturday class each month (other than March) from now to the end of June. Please visit the signup for dates. All classes will take place from 9:35-10:35 @ Vecova and we will be introducing one new choreography at each class.
- Wednesdays: We are bringing back Wednesday mornings at a new location! Join us at the Ballroom & Country Dance Studio at 9:30 for an hour of DanceSTRONG with a little extra Mambo. Pierie & Kim will be running this class from Febraury 8 to June 28th.
