DanceSTRONG Classes
DanceSTRONG will leave you sweating and loving every minute of it! Offering a dynamic blend of dance styles and fitness techniques we have created unique, original choreography that is easy to follow. Whether you're an experienced dancer or a complete beginner, our inclusive and supportive environment ensures that everyone feels welcome and encouraged to move their bodies. By offering high and low impact options for everyone's fitness level, we can proudly say our participants range in age from 18-80 and every one of them leaves having had a great workout! Our song list varies from week to week, however you'll see our favourites quite regularly and we're always bringing new choreography to the classes so you'll never be bored. All our classes are team-taught, provide a unique learning environment along with some occasional comic relief. So what are you waiting for? Come and give it a try!!

These classes combine DanceSTRONG Fitness© with targeted strength building. Each week the strength portion will target specific areas of the body through a variety of bodyweight exercises and by utilizing portable equipment. The classes are designed is to improve your overall cardio while increasing muscular strength and endurance. The format is as follows:
Monday @ Varsity - 6:10pm (Michelle & Pierie) - Starting May 6
Friday @ Vecova - 9:35am (Michelle, Pierie &Virginia)

- 10 minutes strength building (see below)

Strength Classes
We will periodically offer 4-6 week strength (bootcamp) type classes where we blend strength training, weightlifting, cardio exercises and balance techniques to help you achieve your fitness goals and enhance your overall well-being.
