Happy Monday and welcome to Day 4 of the Challenge! We know the last two days were hard on the legs so we're moving onto upper body! Grab a set of medium-heavy weights and you're ready to go! I used 8lb weights in this video and was definitely feeling it by the end. Be sure to post your comments below.
Day 4 - Arms Hope you're all not too sore from yesterday's leg video because we don't really give them a break today! This video has 3 sets of exercises with a 1-minute break between sets. Grab some water because you might need it! Enjoy!
Day 3 - Plyo OK ladies and gents. Creating this video almost killed me! I didn't realize how long it had been since we'd done squats and lunges. But don't be deterred; press on because it will be so worth it! And it's only 10 minutes. You can do (almost) anything for 10 minutes! I'll be doing this again with you all from the comfort of my hotel room in Lake Louise. You will need one set of heavy weights. I hope you have fun!
