Day 2 - Legs - Heavy Weights (for deadlifts)
Day 3 - Plyo - No Equipment
Day 4 - Arms - Heavy Weights (5lb minimum)
Day 5 - Combo - Heavy Weights & Mat
Day 6 - Dirty 30 - Heavy Weights & Mat
