Our annual Christmas party is coming up Monday, December 23rd at Triwood Community Hall. We will start at 6:45 with a heart-pumping hour & fifteen minute Zumba class, followed by snacks and treats. The class is free of charge, and if you'd like to bring along an appetizer or dessert to share that would be awesome! If you are not part of our regular Fit for Change community but would like to come try out a class and meet some of the amazing people who attend, please let us know! We'd love to have you join us!
