Which Class is Right for You?

DanceSTRONG + Upper Body

MONDAYS - 6:10PM - VARSITY

This class starts off with 45 minutes of our signature DanceSTRONG Fitness. From there we move into a targeted upper body strength section using medium to heavy (5-10lb) weights, while often incorporating lower body exercises as well.

This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance and help to build strength. The exercises change every week, but you can guarantee there will always be bicep curls! Participants are asked to bring their own weights.

If you want to spend an hour dancing your cares away, this class is for you! This is designed to be a lower impact class, but guarantees to get you sweating, having fun and maybe singing along as well! Be sure to bring a water bottle and check your worries at the door! Indoor shoes are required.

Conquer Weaknesses, Build Bone & Feel Younger. Join our dynamic strength training class designed to:

  • Increase Bone Density: Combat osteoporosis and reduce fracture risk.

  • Build Lean Muscle: Enhance strength, power and overall fitness.

  • Slow Down Aging: Improve balance, coordination and energy levels.

Every class is unique and challenging. Expect a variety of exercises using free weights (bring your own!), a mat, and (optional) weighted vests. Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

DanceSTRONG + Core

FRIDAYS - 9:35AM - VECOVA

Similar to our Monday night class, this class starts off with 45 minutes of DanceSTRONG Fitness. We then move onto a core section featuring both standing and floor exercises which include, but are never limited to, the beloved plank. Be sure to bring a mat for this class, even though the instructors regularly forget theirs!
