Video #1 - Lower Body Strength
Below you will find the link to our first video. Please know that we intended to keep the mood light and made the choice not to edit in order to "keep it real". We apologize in advance for our ridiculous comments and banter. One thing to note is that Michelle says it will loop. For the time being, we have decided not to do that, but you are more than welcome to play the workout part again before doing the stretch if you'd like. Video #2 - Upper Body With Weights
At long last here is our second video. Our apologies for the delay in posting; we were having uploading difficulties. You will need either light (3-5 lb) or heavy (8+ lb) weights. If you don't have weights, soup cans, water bottles or something similar will be fine. It is approximately 30 minutes but the exercise set repeats 3 times so you can do only 1 or 2 sets if you don't have time for the whole thing. Enjoy!
