Classes for Kids
Fit for Change has created a unique, energy-filled fitness/dance class that gets youngsters active and excited about fitness. The emphasis is on moving and shaking in a safe, inclusive atmosphere. The 6-week course is designed to enhance confidence, improve aerobic conditioning and enrich life skills through dance. Safety in movement is a must, but there is no focus on the right and wrong way to move. Creativity will be encouraged and celebrated.
