Build Your Own Workout

Pick one video from each category in order to create a complete workout out. Looking to burn out the muscles? Try doubling up on some upper and lower body videos. It's all up to you! Below is a brief description of what you'll find in each section:
WARM UP: 3-song (10 min) DanceSTRONG warmups to get your body moving
UPPER & LOWER: Concentrated upper body or lower body ONLY using weights
COMBO - Combined upper and lower body strength using weights
POWER - Lower body power with cardio, usually with no weights
CORE - various 3-5 minute core sections
