Welcome to our 31-day Challenge! Beginning on Saturday, January 11th and finishing on Monday, February 10th, the challenge will feature a series of 6 exercises with increased repetitions daily until the end of the challenge. On the days we have classes we will do the required exercises for that day once class is finished.
We are asking anyone who is interested in participating to kick in $10 and then we will send you the challenge rules and information. This will help to cover any additional hall rental charges incurred due to running overtime.
Anyone who completes a minimum of 25 of the 31 days will be entered into a draw for 5-class passes (2 will be drawn). There will be a chart at class for you to track your days completed. For those who can't attend class, please send us an email weekly so that we can update the list on your behalf.
